I help service businesses say what they do clearly, then build the website and emails around it.

A 30 minute strategic conversation to find out what’s stopping more of your traffic becoming customers.

THE REALITY

You’ve tried everything that’s supposed to work.

You ran more ads.
You added a new offer, then another.
You redesigned the website.
You posted more, ran a discount, maybe even paid an agency.

Each one felt like the answer. Each one cost you time or money.

And sales stayed roughly the same.

After a while you start to wonder if it’s the market, the price or you.

It usually isn’t. You’re working hard on getting people to the door. What’s costing you is what happens when people are inside.

I know, because I did it all in my own business too.

Customer journey diagram showing how a clearer message increases sales

THE PROBLEM

When you're inside your business, it all seems obvious.

I spent 20 years as a chef. I knew exactly what I did and why it was good. My customers didn’t, at least not straight away. They saw a menu and a price.

The difference between what your business is and what a customer understands is where sales go missing. More traffic doesn’t fix that. It just sends more people into the same gap.

THE METHOD

The 4S Customer Journey.

1

See

Do the right people recognise that
you're for them?

2

Say

Do they understand what you do
and what they get?

3

Show

Do they believe
you can do it?

4

Sell

Is the next step
obvious and easy?

FOUNDER STORY

I did this to my own business first...

Before OneOP I ran a personal chef business in Melbourne. I was getting enquiries but not enough of them turned into clients. So I stopped adding things and fixed the journey I already had.

CASE STUDY

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN I STOPPED ADDING MORE.

My personal chef business had tried ads, different audiences, landing pages and different offers.

The problem wasn’t effort. The journey was leaking.

  1. 01 · Before

    Ads were not the problem.

The offer was simply "I can cook." Ads weren't converting, so they were switched off.

  2. 02 · Simplify

    I removed the noise.

We split the business into Private Dining and Personal Chef, then focused on Personal Chef. We removed unnecessary pages and CTAs and created one clear journey.

The business went from client in to client out to fully booked.

The clients were better too. We didn't add more. We made the existing journey work better.

ADS WERE NOT THE PROBLEM.

The offer was simply “I can cook.”

A few enquiries came in each month, but only 1 in 10 became a client. Clients were leaving after around 2 months.

Ads weren't converting, so they were switched off.

We stopped trying to drive more people into a journey that wasn't clear.

I GOT SPECIFIC ON THE IDEAL CUSTOMER.

We created the ideal customer profile and rewrote the messaging specifically for that customer.

The first version cost $110 per lead.
Moving the traffic to a dedicated landing page brought that down to $86 per lead. Better.
But we still had the same 1-in-10 close rate.

THE BUSINESS WENT FROM CLIENT IN TO CLIENT OUT TO FULLY BOOKED.

The business didn't just start generating better leads.
The clients were better too.
Average client retention increased from 2 months to 11 months, with an average weekly service value of $330.
The same business had gone from closing roughly 1 in 10 enquiries to 1 in 3.

We didn't add more. We made the existing journey work better.

12 weeks, one-to-one, finding what’s costing you sales and fixing it.

No course. No group calls. No to-do list you never get round to.

Just you and me, working out what to keep, what to cut and what needs fixing. Then rebuilding it together: your message, your offer, your website and the path to buying.

I work with 5 businesses a quarter, so I can stay properly involved.

THE GUARANTEE

By the end of week 12 you'll have a rewritten homepage, a clear offer, a lead magnet and an email sequence live.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the OneOp Ramp

The Ramp is primarily designed for businesses that already have an offer, customers and some traction.

If you're just getting started, you probably don't need to rebuild the whole customer journey yet.

Start by getting clear on who you help, what you help them achieve and why they should choose you.

If you want support while you start, book a Clarity Call and we can see how we can help.

We’ll look at your business through your customer’s eyes and identify where friction may be getting in the way of more people buying.

We’ll talk through what you’re currently doing, what you’ve tried, and where the customer journey may be losing people.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what needs attention and what to fix first.

The Ramp is designed for established service businesses that are already generating traffic, enquiries or sales but know their customer journey could be working harder.

If you have a good business but your message, offer or customer journey isn't as clear as it could be,

The Ramp may be a good fit.

We work across the parts of your customer journey that influence whether someone understands, trusts and buys from you.

This can include your ICP, offer, positioning, messaging, website, sales page, lead magnet, email journey, calls to action and sales process.

The exact scope is shaped around where we find the biggest opportunities to remove friction and improve the journey.

The Ramp runs for 12 weeks.

If we haven't reached the agreed destination by then, we'll keep working with you until we do.

That's completely fine.Start with the free 4S Framework or book a Clarity Call when you're ready.

The goal isn't to convince you to change everything. It's to understand what's getting in the way and decide what makes sense from there.
